"The Copper Coast Plate". As part of the Taste the Island Promotion Brady's Bar invites you to taste the wonderful food being produced on the South East's beautiful Copper Coast and enjoy a series of 'Meet the Maker' Events
Come along to a Meet the Maker event in Brady's Bar in the month of November to hear Waterford Artisan producers talk about their product and their involvement in the artisan food business
7th November - Seagull Bakery owner and baker,
Sarah Richards and her laminated pastry baker David Sheridan will showcase their wonderful sourdough breads and fabulous Croissants (which are made with Irish Gourmet Butter). Bare Foot Farm’s Paul Ryan will also be there Paul grows salad leaves in Dunhill. Both David and Paul have family connections to St John’s Park where Brady’s pub is located.
Pure food Company’s Cian will be there on the 14th. Cian makes vegetarian and vegan products and 3 are finalists in this years Blas na hEireann awards.
On the 21st November Timmy and Nichola from Anchor Spirits will sample their Spike Island Rum with Irish Gourmet Butter’s Cinnamon and Honey butter as a hot Rum and Butter punch. They will also show their award winning Muldoon Irish Whiskey Liqueur.
28th of November Billy and Mary Sharpe will talk about and sample Irish Gourmet Butter’s different flavors, 3 of which are finalists in Blas na hEireann 2019.
